Space Town Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports.,Support in the organization of fleet-related meetings and events.,Assist in the procurement of fleet supplies and equipment.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
