📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize food and beverage costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular staff meetings to address performance issues and provide feedback.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
