📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Source and screen potential candidates for various roles,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS),Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
