• Develop and execute engaging content strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and affiliate partners in Malaysia.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the Malaysian audience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Malaysian beauty market.
• Manage and grow the affiliate network, ensuring high-quality partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a KOL or affiliate marketer in the beauty or related industry, preferably in Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
• Analytical skills to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand growth.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in digital marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus.
