Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth,Manage and oversee a team of digital marketing specialists,Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing,Provide regular reports and insights to senior management,Identify and recommend new digital marketing opportunities and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing digital marketing campaigns,Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing,Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and leadership abilities,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot
