We are looking for an experienced Lead Finance Manager to join our team at Depot Zahra Dental Clinic in Koja. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage the clinic's cash flow and liquidity.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor the finance team.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
