JUNCTION Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales operations and ensure targets are met,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries,Maintain accurate financial records and handle cash transactions,Supervise and train junior staff in sales and cashiering,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed,Handle cash deposits and ensure accurate bank reconciliations,Provide regular reports on sales performance and financial status

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashiering roles,Proven track record in managing sales teams,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and financial software,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Valid ID and work permit,Previous experience in a similar role at JUNCTION Sentosa is a plus
