📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering, and budgeting.,Promote the restaurant's brand and image, and ensure a high level of customer service.,Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and sales tracking.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
