📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop premium customer opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor junior business development staff.
  • Report on business development activities and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Represent LIXIL International at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing premium customer relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with CRM systems and business development software.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
