📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders to expand our brand reach.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and community engagement.,Report on social media performance and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully growing social media following and engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
