Life Town Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling products/services.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to the Key Account Manager.,Assist in the development and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met.,Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate product knowledge and solutions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and issues promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to the Key Account Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
