📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of production schedules and tasks.,Monitor and report on production progress and quality.,Maintain and update production records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.,Support the production team in resolving issues and implementing improvements.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of production equipment and tools.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Provide assistance in training and onboarding new production staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Production, Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Good communication skills in both written and verbal form.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
