As a Bilingual Assistant & Translator, your daily tasks will include translating documents, emails, and meetings between English and Chinese, assisting with market research, and supporting our team in understanding and navigating the local business environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and meeting notes between English and Chinese with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with market research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Facilitate communication between our Chinese and Indonesian teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Support international clients and vendors by providing translation and interpretation services.
• Assist with the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update translation databases and tools for consistent and accurate translations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of translation and communication strategies.
• Support the local team in understanding and navigating the business environment in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation, interpreting, or bilingual customer service.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or memoQ.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
