In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data protection and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data protection.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect customer and employee data.
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks and implement appropriate controls.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on data protection and compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data protection and compliance.
  • Report to management on compliance status and any issues or concerns.
  • Work with legal and other departments to ensure that our company's activities are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance and data protection, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Experience with risk management and compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
