Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses and revenue, to ensure profitability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked inventory.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
