🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing people operations in fast-paced environments.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software is a plus.
