Duta Anggi Health Center is seeking a dedicated Internal Audit professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring all audits are completed within specified timelines and budgets.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.,Providing training and support to junior staff on audit procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
