📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Providing guidance and support to other departments on audit-related matters.Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing regulations is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
