🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
