📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical support to employees and users.

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Monitor and maintain network and system performance.

Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.

Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related matters.

Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.

Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
