📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture,Schedule interviews and coordinate with interviewers,Maintain a database of candidate information and track the progress of each application,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Provide administrative support to the HR department,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using HR software and databases,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
