📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of data entry operators, ensuring they meet production targets and maintain high standards of accuracy.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are proficient in data entry tasks and company policies.,Monitor data entry processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure all data is accurately and efficiently entered into the company's database or other systems.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.,Maintain and update data entry manuals and procedures to reflect changes in business processes.,Resolve data entry errors and discrepancies, and ensure they are corrected promptly.,Monitor and report on data entry performance metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Data Entry Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of managing a team.,Excellent knowledge of data entry software and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, and database management systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to quality.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.,Understanding of data security and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information.,Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
