📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of all laboratory activities, including test results and equipment maintenance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lab results into product development processes.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in laboratory techniques.,Ensure a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including but not limited to, analytical chemistry, microbiology, and quality control methods.,Certifications in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols are a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and training sessions.
