📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
