📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handling employee benefits and payroll processing.,Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conducting employee surveys and providing feedback to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
