📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare section, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.,Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and job satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare section.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare section, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, guidelines, and standards.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.,Represent the healthcare section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, preferably with a master's degree.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, guidelines, and standards.,Experience in healthcare software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
