📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and experiments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to meet industry standards.,Preparing and analyzing samples, as well as documenting and reporting test results.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Training and supervising junior lab technicians.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lab Technician or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and instruments.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance principles.
