📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures.,Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.,Manage and train security personnel.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.,Maintain and update security documentation and records.,Provide security briefings and updates to management and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Proven track record of successful security management.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment.
