Pacific Snack is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases,Manage inventory and restocking,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Promote products and special offers to customers,Participate in team meetings and training sessions,Assist with the organization of events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Enthusiasm for the snack and beverage industry
