The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future training initiatives.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities as needed.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with training management systems and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Ability to travel to different locations for training purposes.
