📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with event planners and vendors to ensure all events run seamlessly.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at the venue.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitor and control venue expenses, ensuring profitability.
• Organize and participate in team meetings and events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in venue management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using office software and event planning tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
