📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure that food and drinks are served promptly and to the satisfaction of the customers.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and address any complaints or concerns in a timely manner.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and cleaning the dining area.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and cash handling.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
