As an Administration, HR & Finance Supervisor, you will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage HR processes, and handle financial operations. You will work with a variety of tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and SAP, and ensure compliance with local regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
• Oversee HR processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Handle financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
