📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of F&B outlets
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of staff
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to maintain quality standards
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations management
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or similar
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with retail and hospitality industry trends and best practices
