📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at the landfill site, including waste collection, transportation, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including waste generators, regulators, and service providers.
• Implement and monitor waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and environmental impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landfill operations or waste management.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or a similar relevant certification.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
