📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the retail stores.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking, to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Train and develop the operations team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar operational excellence program is a plus.
