📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Handle branch financial reporting, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues that arise during the order process.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or a related role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
