📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their transportation needs are met.
• Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure and retain business.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using SAP and Oracle to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide strategic advice.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Implement and monitor service level agreements to ensure client expectations are consistently met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of successful client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle for logistics management.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
